Hello folks! We're having trouble with the Quicktext extension, which we use for template emails. When writing an email, we can see and use the toolbar to choose an email template, but nothing happens, ie. the template doesn't appear in the email. I've had a look at the settings for Quicktext and Thunderbird generally, but nothing looks out of place. This is happening on multiple computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
