Print Preview button, only:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/preview-print-button/
Don't use it but I doubt if the Preview button appears where you want it to be/

Here's one that adds a contextual menu item for Print / Print Preview:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/print-print-preview-context/

This is the one that I use, and have been for many years; even before Quantum arrived on the scene:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/print-edit-we/
I use the Edit feature quite a bit to remove crap that I don't want printed to reduce the number or pages that are printed. Has 'commands' in both the contextual menu and also provides a Toolbar button, but I don't recall how that button appeared. (Probably upon installation and I removed it in one Profile.)
I have Print Edit WE in two Profiles, one where I use the context menu, with the button gone; and the other with the Toolbar button on the Navigation Toolbar, which I use; and I ignore the context menu items that it adds.
