Is there a way to default the Image Properties - Solid Border value?
I'd like to have a border around every image I insert into an email without having to set this value every time. Thanks!

Sorry to say the answer is no.
Each image is treated as a separate insert to create necessary html. So those image properties only apply to the selected image.
Idea: when you initially save the image on computer, you could save a version of image with a border as part of the image.
