When I open a new private tab when I type a link to a website I see a bunch of my private browsing history. I’m on the latest iOS update and the latest Firefox update on an iPhone 11 Pro.

Private tabs are keeping my browsing history and does not clear them even if I close the tabs and quit the app and restart my phone. These URL links are not bookmarked. This is a huge privacy concern for me as, at the moment, there is no function difference between the private tab and viewing a website in my regular profile.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

That's definitely strange. I'd try reinstalling FF on your phone and see if it still saves your private browsing history then.
