Hi All I've moved to new PC recently and have reinstalled Thunderbird.

On my login I created a new Profile and all seems good (I personally not used TB for a year or so and was working off Webmail). However another member of the household is having issues.....

I migrated their Profile over from the previous PC as per this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer I then moved the Profile to a Data drive on the new PC as per this http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_profile_folder_-_Thunderbird

When I open TB up I was able to see the Inbox as per the last login so all seemed good. I closed it down and reopened TB I then got the blank scree (as shown), I finished up fixing it by deleting the profile and bringing a new copy (off the USB drive) to the new PC and it seemed OK (once). The other user then opened up TB next a few days later and got the blank screen again

I click on the menu options and they open but there is no Text......

Any assistance is gratefully received.....obviously I need to be aware that I'm using TB under my login aswell.......

Just an update - I found this thread from earlier this year.... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1322028

When I run -SafeMode and click on Continue in Safemode - everything is displayed correctly If i select either "Disable all addons" or "Reset toolbars" or Both and Save and Restart - I get a small window as shown in the above post.....nothing else.

Strangely on my login under Windows - all is still fine

Have checked under Troubleshooting info on old PC - attached the locale information.

I have also logged into Safe Mode on the new PC....and taken the same info (NEW written on screenshot).

Bought a new copy of the old Profile over from the old machine - copied it into place. Started TB with Profile Manager. Created a new profile and pointed to the existing folder. TB started up - Inbox all there. No extensions are showing installed. Shut TB - restart it - blank TB again.......... grrrr
