Strance behaviours when loading a page when connection is slow
Sometimes when loading a page, and the page is slow to respond, I will see a strange situation: The page is totally blank (the F12 tool does not display page content). The refresh button is gray (disabled), or sometimes although the refresh button enabled, the url textbox is "about:blank", which means I cannot actually reload the page I want to read. I have to re-navigate to the page through the link in the previous link. I'm not sure whether I got across. I hope the issue can be fixed.

Same issue does not happen on Microsoft Edge under the same circumstance. Btw, typo in the title.
Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?
Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Yes. The problem still exists in troubleshooting mode.
Did the links I posted help?
Unfortunately, the links you mentioned are not related to the issue I mention and do not help. It looks like a bug that help-pages do not mention.
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Issue still exists.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
However, the issue still exists. Sometimes the refresh button becomes gray, and I have to re-enter the url bar. Sometimes the url-bar becomes "about:blank" if the website it too slow, in which case I have to re-click the link from the previous page, or re-type the in url bar.
