Hi very new to Thunderbird, and I'm having a nightmare getting discarded folders and sub-folders to empty from the Local Folders - Trash folder. I have already tried every solution I have found online, including: The obvious- right-clicking on each folder and sub-folder in the Trash folder, and selecting delete. After of the confirmation of the choice, nothing happens. Deleting the trash and trash.msf files in the Mail - Local Folders directory (when TBird is closed) and restarting. Deleting the foldertree.json and trash.sbd files and restarting. Deleting the global-messages-db.sqlite file to rebuild the golbal database and retrying everything above. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
