In Edit > Settings > Search > Search Bar I see a radio button labeled: "Use the address bar for search and navigation"
How do I turn that function completely off?

You can set keyword.enabled to false to disable searching via the location bar if that is what you mean.

Thank you. 'keyword.enabled' is already set to 'false'.
What I want is an Address/Location/URL Bar that doesn't do anything other than Address/Location/URL and that doesn't drop down. I'm on a computer, not a cell phone.
