Account disappeared and unable to add back again
My account has disappeared in Thunderbird and I am unable to add it back again.
My employer uses microsoft outlook accounts, and I have thus relied on the Owl ad-on for years to access this account.
I appreciate that the problems that I am experiencing are likely due to Owl, but I would appreciate any insights anyone might have on the source of problems and how to overcome them.
If I use automatic configuration then the search does not seem to bring up Owl as it should according to the manual (i.e., there is no exchange/office 365 option).
I am also unable to add the account with manual configuration, and I get an "error is undefined" message. I have attached a screenshot
I have contacted Owl support but have not received a response.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You can still use Thunderbird with Owl if you downgrade from 115 to 102. The following instructions are very helpful.

This is fixed in the latest versions of Owl and ExQuilla.
