Hi, I am trying to synchronize Google Contacts with Thunderbird for Windows. However, the Google add-on for Thunderbird does not seem to be compatible or available for my version of Thunderbird. I used to use the Zimbra add-on or the Google Contact Sync add-on for Thunderbird, but the latter does not work with Google authentication security through Gmail or Google. As a blind user, with Windows Mail no longer being supported and the new Outlook not being the most usable for me, Thunderbird seems to be the best option for email. Does anyone know what would work for this matter in terms of syncing?

TB 115 supports CardDAV without add-ons: in Address Book, click New Address Book, Add CardDAV Address Book, enter your gmail address, complete the OAuth authentication with the account password, add Google Contacts as a new address book.
