I resolved the problem in Firefox, there were localhost (127.0.0.1) entries for vistaprint.com in the hosts file. After removing the entries Firefox would load the page. Still no joy in Internet Explorer though, if anyone figures out how to resolve it for IE, I'd love to learn about it.
