After upgrading to firefox 3.6, Firefox will not let me access my gmail. When I open gmail it redirects to the google calendar . this occurs all the time

I have the exact same problem. When I go to Gmail the page initially loads, but then will be redirected to the calendar page. This is a repeatable error and only started after upgrading to the latest version of Firefox.

I found the cause of the problem. If you are using the Add-on "Integrated Gmail" you will need to disable or uninstall it. There is a bug with it at the moment causing the redirection error.

THANKS ROHIT, your solution did the trick, I was just about to go down this list of add-ons to see which ones were causing the problem. Note this problem onlyh affectFirefox there are no issuses when using IE8
