The times on the Live Chat page all indicate "PDT"; that's Pacific Daylight Time. If you are not on the US West Coast, you need to adjust the time accordingly.

Well it's 2:30 EST, and Live Chat is supposed to be open (I think...) from 2-4. It is still closed. This is truly annoying, since I think there is a big problem with updates... I have not been able to run an update since August because Firefox says I don't have the correct permissions. Apple says there is nothing wrong my with permissions. I have tried emailing this problem to Firefox, to no avail. How hard does a person have to try?...

You are to be open til noon time pacific time. It is 10:24 why are you closed. I need to reinstall Mozilla firefox, I need it for my online schooling. What happened is that when I did the update firefox 4 it disabled my nortons. So I have my nortons back, and they said they will notify me when I can get firefox 4. In the mean time I need to get firefox 3.6 back on my computer and tried everything but it doesn't work. I need this for my classes. I need help now. Phoebe Rodriguez

Not only is the chat not open (in the right time zone) - when I click on it, it goes to a link that says the page doesn't exist. So much for a "live chat".
