Under Windows 7 whenever Firefox wants to install an update, the user is requested for an administrative account. Is there a procedure that allows to install updates even if the user does not have administrative priviledges?

This happened

Not sure how often

This is not a Firefox issue. The problem is with Microsoft Windows Updater Policies. These can ONLY be edited with an administrator/supervisor account. If you go to your Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Update, you can see the issue.
