With the official release for Android, I tried downloading from: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/m/alpha and it says that I do not have enough memory to install. I read that it needs 30MB and my internal phone memory shows 649MB free. This doens't make sense. Any thoughts on why I can't download it?

Thanks for the report. We've received several reports of this problem, but we don't yet know what is causing it and we don't have any fix available. I'll post an update here when we learn anything more about this.

Well on my HTC incredible I can click on the link to download and it looks like is going to download and then nothing else happens. I mean no error messages or nothing to indicate the download has halted. I thought at first it was a dead link, like those found on web, you click and they just sit and iddle.
