If this is for Firefox Sync, look in your password manager, the details should be stored there.

Open the options/preferences dialog (for Windows, in the Tools menu select Options). Go to the Security panel and click on the "Saved Passwords" button. In the search field type chrome, that should show your username. If you need to see the password or secret phrase, click on the "Show Passwords" button.
