Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I didn't find anything needing Java on that website. Which "parts" can't you access?

OK, Here's what you look for.

The website displays fine

Once you have the main page up click on painted furniture.

Once it is up there is a red tag at the top that says Click on items already sold. When i try to display these items I get a message that says Java older issue. do you want to run or cancel. When I hit run it sits there for a while and then the red tag disappears and never displays the page.

It works fine on my other computer.

This is a issue on this computer that started when it required an update of Java 6.

running Vista

Now I can't get this computer to display the Items already sold on susiesfunart.com

Works fine here on Linux with the current Minefield nightly build and Java 6 U22

You can try to uninstall and reinstall Java.

Java has never been very good with updating and it is possible that there are leftovers from older versions.
