I have used Firefox for years without issue and really like the product. Recently after updating to the latest version 3.6.12 on 32 bit Win7 Firefox locks up hard intermittently. When it locks, nothing works, task manager can't be loaded, ctl alt del does not work. The mouse pointer does moves and that is it. To resolve, I have to do a forced power cycle which Windows does not like. Any suggestions?

Reloading 3.6.12 did not work either. So I tried the new Beta 4x version of Firefox and this solved my problem. For the time being, I have decided to use Chrome for my use. It is much faster and supports the basic plugins that I use.

Lets see, downloaded version 9. and it automatically upgraded to 10.0 - UGH websites do not always load, system hangs up and crashes, screws with my connection - have to remove battery and reset to factory before can go out on line, disables certain graphics, disables audio, video we are batting 1000.00 here - want the simplest, smallest search engine available - right now IE seems better...UGH please help.
