Using Firefox 3.6.12 on Widows XP I get random image replacement when I reload the following URL being in the middle on the page.

If I stay on the top of this page, eveything works fine. But if you scroll down and reload the page using the reload button then some YouTube images get replace by the leaderboard image.

I did reproduce it using another computer ubt with other web browser it works fine

By the way I already tried to run Firefox in safe mode and I did remove cookies related to this website. My cache has been emptied as well.

Anybody else having the sale issue or at least able to reproduce it ?

Best regards. David

Try to "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.

Do you have any extensions that modify network.http prefs or did you make such changes yourself ?

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/about%3Aconfig

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
