Can you give a link to that website ?

You can check if that server sends all certificates:

If a server sends an intermediate certificate then Firefox stores that certificate for future use in the Certificate Manager. So it is possible that you have visited a website, that sends a needed intermediate certificate, before on one computer, but not on the other computer.

The website I'm having trouble with is www.winterthur.org. After I get on the website I put the cursor on "What to see" and then I click on "Yuletide". Then I click on "Purchase tickets here" which produces a URL of http://secure.winterthur.org/ecommerce/itemList.aspx?node_id=55247 which comes up with the error message. I have tried using IE 7 as my browser on both computers and they both work OK.

Error while checking the SSL Certificate!!
Unable to get the local issuer of the certificate. The issuer of a locally looked up certificate could not be found. Normally this indicates that not all intermediate certificates are installed on the server.
