I have tried installing this new update numerous times without success. It give me a error messege that says firefox is running somewhere else. this is the messege copy and pasted (The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again.) I have closed all browsers, even ctrl, alt, del, to make sure firefox related processes were not running. I have also attempted to restart my computer numerous times. Now everytime I run FF it gives me the update install permission. If i click yes it goes through the same processs, of saying I already have ff open, and can not install. (Currently running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit)
