Asked to attempt again, try 3 times same message. Exit web site, attempted again, same problem. disable firefox, returned to explorer return to web site download statement, no problem.

Try disabling that Zeon PDF Plugin For Mozilla if you want Adobe Acrobat to handle PDF files in Firefox.

Appreciate the response regarding my immediate problem, but I have no idea, how to disable the Zeon PDF Plugin for Mozilla! I am a user and this is my first dealings with Firefox.
