I am using Aurora and every day or so I get a screen that says, a security / stability update needs to be installed, blah blah blah, and it will be install when I restart Aurora. The up date is 7.0a2. It looks like it is install the same update over and over or the update is not being installed, although the About screen say the current version is 7.0a2. Please provide additional information.

Thank you.

You appear to have the latest update installed: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/channel/

But do your bit and report your concerns by using the feedback option.

Aurora (7.0a2) has daily updates with patches that have been baked for about 6 weeks on the Nightly (8.0a1) trunk.
If you do not want those daily updates then you need to switch to the release (5.0.1) or beta (6.0) channel.

Thank you for your reply. I thought that even a nightly update would be iterated in some way. I guess I have to do my homework. Thanks again.
