Done all that. It only occurs for the Yahoo face page. If I get in, other pages are okay. FF8.01 and Waterfox act the same. FF 3.6.24 is fine. It is a bug tied into FF 8.01

Adblock Plus can cause such issues if CSS files are blocked.
Did you check that?

I do hope that you use different profile folder for each Firefox and 64 bit Waterfox versions?

I stated only the first page "www.Yahoo.com" comes up weird. If I can get beyond it, the rest are fine.

Both FF and Waterfox use the same profile. When I created a new profile I had to reinstall Addins.

Yes the front page of yahoo does show up fine on both now.
