How do I keep it from bringing up the Firefox page everyday & saying "Hooray! Your Firefox is up to date"? I don't need to know this everyday...

When Firefox upgrades you usually get the page that says "Hooray! Your Firefox is up to date". Then that's it, until the next upgrade. I keep getting this EVERYDAY, along with the homepage I have bookmarked. I don't need to see this everyday & I see no way to disable it. It comes up even though I have updates and "Check that Firefox is your browser" disabled.
