When I upload data from my Garmin bike computer Firefox displays the map route and the details but the charts showing elevation, time, heart rate, cadence etc are blank. They used to display fine up to a couple of months ago. They also display in Explorer 8. I understand there are similar problems with later versions of Explorer. I just upgraded Firefox with the hope of solving the problem but no dice!

Any difference if you hit F5 when you're viewing that "page"?
That will bypass the cache and load fresh data from the source.

Otherwise, it sounds like Garmin might have some fixin to do. Like maybe their interpretation of HTML for those charts needs to be tweaked for newer browsers.

You could install Firefox Portable 3.6.25 to your hard drive and see if that version will display those charts properly. The Portable version won't interact with other versions of official Firefox, it installs into it's own folderset.

I suggest that you contact Garmin support about this issue, so they can fix it for newer browsers - of that is what the problem is.
