Why does Firefox NOT ask me if I want to have the username and password saved for a specific site? In “Options, Security, Passwords” I have “Remember passwords for sites” checked. I have nothing listed in the “Exceptions” window. Is there some other place I could have missed something?

Hey dobriw,

You might want to remove the cookies from that site to make the site forget you if you've created a remember me cookie by going to Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

There is a lot of useful information in this article about the Firefox Password Manager. It should answer any other questions you might have.

Hopefully this helps!
