I use time warner cable as my internet provider. They have a free toolbar called Road Runner Tool Bar. I have Fire Fox 14.0 installed and cannot download the toolbar. I have tried many times. Can any one help me?

Were you using this page? http://www.rr.com/toolbar/download

What message did you get?

Please note that we often get requests to help people remove Conduit/Community toolbars such as this one...

What happens when you click the button -- do you get the dialog to save? If so, then what happens? Need more info here.

Hmmm, I notice that the button redirects, and the actual download address I get is http://ff.conduit-download.com/Ext/CT2187784/Firefox/CT2187784_RoadRunner_FF.exe (your download server may vary) (URL intentionally broken for your protection)

Perhaps that redirect is being blocked by a Firefox setting? You could check here:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

If you changed that setting, does that make any difference?
