The captcha code isn't showing up for Firefox or IE9. I have tried clearing my cookies, going to safe mode, disabling plugins, pressing check "show pictures", everything. The captcha isn't working for any site. Please help.

Many times the CAPTCHA is hosted on a different server, in other words, it's a "third party" image. If your security/firewall/privacy software blocks third party images because some of them are likely to be web bugs, try turning that off to see whether it is a factor.

Did you check those CAPTCHA images in Tools > Page Info > Media ?
