I need my bookmarks from my sync account, but I've lost my recovery key due a system formatting. Is there any way to get it back? I got the account info.

Nope, no way to get it back.

You should always backup the sync key (recovery key) safely because that key is used to encrypt your data locally before sending it to the sync server.
If you do not have the sync key then there is no way to retrieve data stored on the Sync server.

Hi, Friends,

Yes you are right.. this one of the Top Touch Limitation of using Firefox. after using about 1 year firefox for windows 7, 8 xp, and after lossing 2 times my very much data.. due to this sysnchronisation.. i sufferd a lot, and now switching back IE. its very common key we need max after every six months to use.. .. it could be poddible to forgett.. but Firefox is top of the technology is really so much exciting that they doesn't kept any alternate to recover the key without data lost...

Very Funny.

Expecting Firefox team to undserstand it as a basic user point of view.. Thanks
