After the download I lost my e-mail inbox messages from Cox. The sent mail and other folders are there. Also another e-mail account works ok. First, please update to Firefox 21 Update Firefox to the latest release

Firefox doesn't manage your Cox email, there must have been something else that caused your email to get lost.
