I tried clicking the box that says "delete trash on exit," but the trash is still there.

I tried right-clicking on the trash folder and clicking "empty," but I get an error "no such message."

I'm building up hundreds of messages in the trash that I can't get rid of. Help!

I need help with Mozilla Firefox Simple Mail. The link you gave me is to a different product also called Simple Mail. Isn't there anyone at Mozilla who can help with this?

You have started three different threads about Simple Mail over the last 5 or 6 weeks.

Simple Mail isn't made by Mozilla. It is a 3rd party extension as I told you a bit earlier this morning in this thread - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/968570?esab=a&s=&r=0&as=s

Each add-on developer is responsible for their product. The developers support thread for the Simple Mail extension is over here - http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2497499
