The question is simple. When I stop doing something on my screen (using Aurora 29.0a2) the screen gets almost immediately dimmed. I just have to touch the mouse and it is back in full colors...

Is this limited to Aurora? If you need a release build to test, you can use the "Portable" version from here: Firefox%2C Portable Ed./Mozilla Firefox%2C Portable Edition 27.0.1/

Some monitors have an option to reduce power consumption or adapt to the brightness of content. It seems from past threads that this can affect Firefox even if other browsers are not affected. Example: Screen dims.
