I migrated to a new computer. I exported my address book to a ldif file. I imported the file into my new Thunderbird program. Only one of my address folders (Personal) came through. My "Collected Addresses" folder is still empty. Was each folder supposed to be exported separately? I still have my old drive. Can these be recovered from my old drive?

Look for the history.mab (Collected Addresses) file in the old profile folder and copy it into the new profile folder. Select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Show Folder, exit TB, and then do the copy operation.

THe history.mab folder is under my appdata folder..............I'll have to get into my old C-drive to locate that. Unfortunately, I upgraded to a new motherboard, cpu, and main drive (C-drive). I'll have to connect the old drive and copy it from there. Thank you for the info!
