When I tried to open my e-mail on my new Kindle Fire it would not accept my password, but when I asked for an answer and checked into the support site it worked. Am I doing something wrong?

If you are using Thunderbird and have told it to remember your password you can go to the menu bar and select Tools-Options-Security-Passwords-Saved Passwords and see what is there. If you did not save them there then you need to work with your provider to reset the password.

No menu bar? Press the alt key.
