Could you describe the problem in more detail? For example:

  • Firefox reports that the server cannot be found
  • Firefox gives an error message about an untrusted connection
  • Firefox shows unauthorized access or similar error
  • Firefox displays a blank page
  • Firefox displays a broken version of the page
  • Et cetera

I'm not sure whether you are responsible for the website or someone else, but if it's not you, do you know whether it is designed to work in Firefox?
