On the page http://southseasgetaway.com/enter-to-win/ there appear two boxes for rules and application form which are blank. There is no shield on the address bar. When I use a different browser the boxes are completed. How do I view the missing text and complete the form using Firefox?

In my case, AdBlock was blocking those fields. Disable any blocking programs / add-ons you are using.

In other words, AdBlock doesn't know what it's blocking. Exactly what is AdBlock blocking?

Do you even have Adblock installed? If not Fred's "take" on this issue isn't applicable.

Adblock Plus blocks what it is told to block. "Told" either by the blocklist/s that the user subscribed to or by the "custom" filters that the user added.

Yes, I have AdBlock installed but don't understand much about how to choose what it blocks. I see a myriade of urls most of which have to do with Mozilla, which makes little sense to me.

I installed AdBlock to stop the ads from flashing on my Hotmail Inbox page. (I am looking for a way to block messages from Rightway Marketing but that is a separate issue.)

Load the web page. After the page is loaded, click the down arrow next to the AdBlock icon. Now select Disable on <website>.

How do I tell which version I have?

Content blocking extensions like Adblock Plus use a filter list that specifies what content is blocked. Such a filter list doesn't distinguish between unwanted and wanted content, so it is always possible that wanted content is blocked. You will always have to check what is blocked by such an extension by clicking its toolbar icon.
