I have a continuing problem with Junowebmail on Firefox. It frequently crashes. It stalls out entirely than starts again. I have no extension running in firefox. In the past I adjusted the 'ABOUT:CONFIG' settings for network pipeline. This took care of some of the problems with typing Emails on juno. But now the juno website causes Firefox to lock and crash frequently. I don't have this problem on Safari or Chrome. Any suggestions. I am running an IMAC with the latest software version and everything up to date. It has plenty of room on the hard drive and again no other browsers have this issue with Juno.

Hi, have you tried to start FF with a new profile ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Maybe all is messed-up in the preferences (about:config)...

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Everytime I clicked on a crash to send it I got a response that the crash wasn't found. But the BP showed. I hope this worked. I am waiting to hear back from the Mac tech. Thank Your.

Does anybody there know anything about Macs. I have not heard from anyone and the problem continues. If I don't get any response I'll just get rid of Firefox. It is the ONLY browser that has this problem with juno.
