When emailing to a list of folks, is there an option to email "without attachment" to some in the list?

I need to provide attachments to some of the folks I'm emailing, but not to all. How do I simultaneously email "with attachments" to some and "without attachments" to others in the list? Thanks for your help on this issue.

Not possible with just one e-mail.

Create two lists, one for attachments, one without. Then send two e-mails, one with the attachment, one without.

Bruce, Thank you for the prompt reply. I'll take your advise and move along with my project tasks.

However, moving forward, how would I submit an enhancement request to have an "attachment option" feature, much like the one in MS Outlook where you can select which recipients (within a single email) get attachments. This would be a real market improvement to Thunderbird.
