Since last Sunday I can't reply mail which my wife has send with the adress of her website in the signature. If I delete the www.etc.nl it is sent, if it's in the mail it doesn't. We get the following message:

Waarschuwing: Er is een fout opgetreden bij het verzenden van e-mail. De mailserver antwoordde: Message refused by spam filter (node=smtp11.mnd.mail.iss.as9143.net msg-id=1dPlxz-0005Bd-J3). Controleer het bericht en probeer het opnieuw.

What can I do to repair this?

Ik gebruik de laatste versie van Thunderbird.

Have you asked your mail provider why they are not allowing you to do this?

That message is from their mail server, not Thunderbird.
