Printers - Firefox is the only browser unable to print. Why?

I have used Mozilla with Booker Software at my job for years now with the Star-TSP100 printer. Out of nowhere, my star printer will no longer print ANY receipts from Booker. I cannot even print out using a different printer - Firefox is constantly giving me this issue where if I try to print through my receipt printer, it will go through but it'll say it's spooling. When it's my Brother printer, it immediately gives me the "Printer Error: An error occurred while printing". When I press CTRL+P for the receipt printer, THEN it gives me the "Printer Error" pop up.

The only reason why I'm frustrated is because Firefox is the best browser that gives my receipts their best quality. Chrome creates a grainy, faded effect, thus inconveniencing my clients who cannot properly see their invoice.

I have checked my malware (cleared of any). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox 5 different times. I have spoken with the receipt printer company, who uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the receipt printer. This was redundant - Firefox will not print for any printer. I also spoke with Booker Software - both companies screen-shared with me in order to see the problem first hand - they found no issues on their end. I have done the "About:config" and reset the print_printer line. I don't understand why this is happening!

I was trying to find a customer service number for Mozilla with no luck, which is why I'm here today. If someone can please help me, that would be amazing.
