Im using Firefox Developer 63.0b2 x64 on Windows 7 x64. Since last update, i can't start Firefox normally. Process appears in task manager, but there is no Firefox window. After few seconds process closes. I've tried to run profile manager, but the same thing is happening. I've also tried reinstalling Firefox - it works to the next Firefox restart. It looks very similar to these threads: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1179822#answer-1019375 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1181740#answer-1021470 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1181405#answer-1022798 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1182572#answer-1023413 https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1182847#answer-1024290 But I have no Logitech drivers installed... Does anyone have any idea what to do about that?

Okay, I've installed stable Firefox version - 62.0 (x64) and it works. Anyway, thanks for help!

The earlier threads involved users who previously ran 32-bit Firefox without incident, but had software on the system that caused Windows to kill 64-bit Firefox due to some kind if inappropriate interaction. If you have been running 64-bit Firefox for a while, that's probably not exactly the same scenario. However, the idea of checking the Windows event viewer for further information about why Windows is killing Firefox could be relevant. The user who originally figured out the problem was Logitech camera drivers had used that method (finding a relevant Application error in the log): https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1179822#answer-1018725

I don't know. Usually if Firefox crashes you will get a little Mozilla Crash Reporter window popping up.

You can remove old profile of firefox and start a new profile firefox.

The following assumes a standard Firefox installation on a standard Windows Operating System. If this does not apply to you, please see Profile Manager

If Firefox is open, close it completely by choosing "File -> Exit". Go to the Windows Start Menu (bottom left button) and then select 'Run'.

On Windows 7 or Vista, press "windows key+R" if you haven't enabled the "Run command" option for the Start menu (details here) Enter firefox.exe -P (i.e., firefox dot exe space hyphen P) and then click OK.

Click the 'Create Profile...' button on the 'Firefox - Choose User Profile' window that comes up.

Click 'Next >' in the 'Create Profile Wizard' window that comes up.

Type in a new name in the 'Enter new profile name' box and click '

Hi, I've arleady tried this, but firefox won't start even in profile manager mode. I've tried also removing profile folder manually and reinstalling - it didn't work. Anyway, thanks for your reply!
