Dear Mozilla support; Every time i open firefox it usually works fine, but recently, every time i want to upload any file, the file opener opens, then the whole firefox closes. it shouldn't do this for sure. the weird thing is mozilla firefox doesn't even recognize that firefox crashed. it does not matter what website i upload on, even on gmail it crashes.

My Firefox is: Firefox quantum 64.0.2

Quick info for referenceL

Hey there. You should try checking your internet connection and also you should scan your pc for a virus or something. You can also try re-installing the browser. Hope it helps.

. . . and also you should scan your pc for a virus

If that is the problem, Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
