Is there any way to make the top bar sliding out in the full screen mode without moving the page content? It means that the page content remains static as is, and the top bar (tab ans address) appears over the page on mouse hover action, without moving or shifting the whole page. Like the Edge browser or Safari in full screen.

If you right click on the toolbar and uncheck "Hide Toolbars" I believe that's what you are looking for.

Not really :( The top bar should be disappeared, as it is supposed to be in full screen. Then, when I hover it with mouse, it rolls out from the top, but the page itself remains static and unmoved. Try Edge in full screen if possible to reproduce the effect.
