When I finally find a place in the Mozilla Help/Support forum to ask a question, I get several thousand results, only a few of which are really relevant. I pick one of these, read it, and then I can't get back to the search results screen to check the other possibilities. I have to start the search all over again. What is the best way to navigate the support sections, and is this the correct way to ask for search results to be available by paging back. I also would like to see results matching more of the words in the question. Thank you.

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.

Why didn't I think of that?! Here I was hoping Mozilla would upgrade its searches, instead of thinking what I could do better! Thank you.
