Hi there-- I just switched over to Firefox and want to use it for all my work. Unfortunately often while I'm using Google Drive it runs very slowly, I'll be typing and words won't appear on screen for several seconds. I've taken to using Chrome just for Google Drive, but this is not a good long term solution. I've read another article about this suggesting that removing Pioneer will help with the issue, but I don't have that plugin installed. Would appreciate any help.

My advice here is to use Chrome as that is better integrate for using anything Google related.

Hi Alice, If you close Firefox, then start Firefox in Safe Mode, does the problem still occur? To start in Safe Mode, go to Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode, then you can disable your extensions one-by-one until you find out which one is causing the problem. For more info, visit Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
