Firefox version - 60.7.0 60,000+ users. The CFG file has disabled extensions, add-ons and plugins but I need to get spell-checker working by installing dictionary which is not made possible by the cfg file. How do I bypass this issue.

Did you try to contact your IT department and ask them whether they can allow to install this dictionary ?

Do you use a Firefox version that doesn't come with a builtin dictionary?

So the mozilla.cfg is used to lock down the estate by default and no the Firefox version doesn't come with a dictionary. I was wondering if there are other ways to install a dictionary, such as placing the xpi file in a directory so that users can pick it up.
