Hello agarna verifica si hay problemas con el archivo de base de datos places.sqlite en la carpeta de perfil de Firefox.

Con el siguiente enlace puedes ubicar y reparar ese archivo, despues intentas importar de nuevo tus marcadores. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Bookmarks+not+saved#w_fix-the-bookmarks-file
