Continuing several terrific features when changing search engines.
Have Firefox/Mozilla as browser. Was using Yahoo but it wasn't the default page. On the top of the Firefox page, I was able to have several tiles to click on for frequently used sites. Below them I had Pocket and a daily list of pocket essays. Is it possible to have these wonderful tools again on a new site? If so, how do I set them up?
Thank you, cmacc

Hi, is this on your Mac? For some reason, this question posted under iOS (iPhone/iPad OS).
You may need to change your home page and/or new tab page back to "Firefox Home." Could you check these articles and see whether that works:

Hi,
Thanks for the info. I will read the links and set the home page.
I selected the ios because I thought it included my Mac laptop as well.
Will let you know how things work.
Again, thank. you!
Hi, jscher2000,
I read both articles and decided to disable and remove the extension. It was bing. I was going to use bing as a search engine and still might. If I do not use bing, I might use Duck Duck Go or another. I guess any of search engines could try to become an extension rather than a tile.
Both articles were great and helpful. I had no idea about the great info and problem-solving instructions available. They are clear and succinct.
Again, thanks so much for your help during past few days.

In case you want to send a search to either Bing or DuckDuckGo, you don't need an add-on (at least for most users). You can click their icon on the panel that drops down from the search box/address bar. To change your default to Bing or DDG so you don't need to click it each time, try the steps in this article: Change your default search settings in Firefox.
