My videos on Google Photos will not play. Avi, Mov, or Mp4 video show "this video format is not supported". Chrome and Internet Explorer has no problems playing them, just Firefox 84.0.1 (64-bit)

Safe Mode would be a good test.

Also, Firefox on Windows 7 uses Media Foundation, Microsoft's media components, to play H.264/MP4 video. I have a copy of the old YouTube test page. Does this show your Firefox will play H.264/MP4 videos:
